A lot of incidents accour with L10 LUIS, he crashing others and others crashing him. After watching videos and talking with him is clear that the problem was his connection because was raining in his place. For now on he will not participate when is raining. But for this race, I can't give penalty to Luis nor others that crash him since in their perspective they didn't violate any track rule.
