+10 to SHADOWBANE ONE for illegally passing VALENTINE TRYTON by cutting track in Lap 9, turn 1. He could return place, but he didn't.

+30 to SHAHEN BALYAN for returning to track by blocking other cars in Lap 2, turn 3. This cause many collisions and make other cars go out of track or spin. He eventually disconnect from race so penalty doesn't affect him, but if he do this again will be ban from league, sense it was an intentional (or very incompetent) move that affect many players.

We had disconnection problems in the practice before race with L. VESELIONOVIC, GEIMERISLTU 44, EL FIN and AMERICAN GRAFFO, so they didn't participate on the GP.

SHAHEN BALYAN lost connection in Lap 2 for unknown reasons.

On this race many people cut track, especially in turn 7. For this occasion was forgive since people was still learning how to race seriously, but from now on will be a certain penalty for those who go out of track to gain advantage too much and too often.
